Vertex Appliance Repair Vendor Packet

How to request

- Tell us your office name and the property type.
- Tell us which documents are required for onboarding.
- We reply with what is available, in PDF when possible.
If your form needs items we cannot provide, we will say so directly.
How we work after onboarding
Repair request
Property manager sends address, unit, appliance, and tenant contact.
Access
We coordinate the visit window with the tenant or resident manager.
Diagnosis
On-site check, notes, and photos of the appliance and the symptom.
Written estimate
Scope, parts, labor, and warranty terms sent to your office.
Repair
Completed only after written approval from the decision maker.
Photo summary and invoice
Sent for your records and accounting.
A note on what we do not claim
Some appliance vendors advertise 24/7 service, free diagnosis, all brands, and same-day guarantees. We do not.
We try to be available during normal working hours, give you a real estimate before any work, repair what is within our service scope, and stand behind it with a 90-day warranty on completed repair and installed part.
