Tenant and building access
The hardest part of apartment work is access, not the repair itself. We try to make it simple:
- Confirmed window with the tenant or resident manager
- Clear notes about parking and entry
- Update if the tenant cannot be reached
- Re-schedule if access is not available on the visit day

Older buildings and compact units
Many small and medium buildings in West Hollywood and nearby neighborhoods are older. Kitchens are smaller. Closets hold the laundry. Appliances are sometimes built in tight.
We are used to that. We protect the floor, the cabinets, and the surrounding area while we work.
